Yes, you can cancel your monthly or yearly plan at anytime. If you cancel you will still have access to Psych Scribe until the end of your payment period, for monthly that would be until your last month paid ends or for yearly until your paid year is up.

We take every measure possible to keep your data safe, we use industry best practices and keep the data we store to an absolute minimum. We do not store any notes you create or the inputs used to create them and all payment information is store with our payment provider Stripe. Stripe is one of the largest and most trusted payment provides in the world.

Yes, even though we do not store any identifying health data we take HIPAA and security very seriously. We regularly review our systems to ensure that we are HIPAA compliant, following industry best practices, and have proper security measures in place.

Yes! If you run a group practice and would like to get a discount for your therapists, please fill out the form on this page.

No. Psych Scribe is an entirely text based platform, we don’t offer any audio component. Given the sensitivity of a therapy session, we believe the responsibility of handling an entire session recording is too great for any software company to bear, therefor we will never offer a feature like this in the future.
